Tracy Shen is the Founder and Managing Partner of Florin Group and the hands-on Director of the Investment Strategy Division, advocating holistic comprehensive portfolio construction, risk management and diversification.
Tracy brings to the Florin Group her extensive experience in Financial Planning, Wealth Management and Risk Mitigation, enhanced by passion for helping her clients achieve their aspirations and goals, delivering creative solutions with outstanding personalized service.
Prior to founding Florin Group, Tracy worked for 18 years as a Wealth Advisor in the Washington DC region: at American Express Financial Advisors, Prudential Financial Services and First Financial Group, a boutique company serving high-net-worth clients. She focused on owners and executives in the business and non-profit fields, providing Financial Planning, Investment, Insurance, Annuities, Retirement, Estate, Tax Planning and Trust services for the business as well as family’s needs. Thriving on delivering excellent personal client service, Tracy was consistently one of the top advisors in the region and won a number of awards, such as Best of Northern Virginia and Best of Arlington.
