REAL TALK: How to Find a Mentor as a First-Generation Student

Have you heard you need a mentor, but have no idea how to find one? Mentors can help you expand your professional network, overcome school and career challenges and develop your leadership skills. Come learn strategies you can use to find a mentor as a student and as you pursue a career. Panelists will share their own experiences with mentoring. By the end of this virtual workshop, participants will learn how to identify a mentor, get over the fear of asking an individual to be a mentor and how to have an effective mentor/mentee relationship.
