We have successfully delivered some of the DMV’s largest community and commercial development loans, creating opportunities for the surrounding areas to thrive. Under the leadership of Market Executives, our commercial lending teams include Relationship Mangers, Portfolio Managers and Administrators, Underwriters, and Deposit Officers. Our CRE business focuses on interim, rehab, and repositioning of Commercial Property loans, including Construction and Renovation Financing across all asset types. We also facilitate permanent loans through our FHA Multifamily Lending Platform.

  2. Our Commercial and Industrial (C&I) Team proudly serves the businesses of our local community. We offer competitive, Commercial Loans and Lines of Credit, Treasury Solutions, Acquisition Financing, Equipment Leasing, Owner Occupied Commercial Real Estate, Small Business Lending, SBA, and Other Financing solutions. Our teams propose value add solutions that are creative and flexible to help small and middle market businesses’ goals become a reality. The Lending Team is divided by region, with a Market Executive leading each of our teams. The core competency of the bank’s lenders runs to all types of businesses, including government contracting, non-profits, bond financing for schools and other organizations, healthcare, and professional service firms.

  3. Our Business to Business (B2B) department is responsible for the processing and management of our auto-scored small business loans.  These are commercial loans, including owner-occupied commercial mortgages, for small business and professionals.  The credit scoring is a key element in the expediting of the underwriting and decision-making process while maintaining credit quality.
