RSM has opened up applications for their second class of the RSM Excellence Academy!
The RSM Excellence Academy is a paid summer leadership experience, leading to further career development opportunities, including two potential paid internships and a chance to work for RSM full time upon graduation, as well as consistent engagement with a mentor.
The summer experience is scheduled for July 25 - 28, 2023, in Orlando. The program is designed to develop outstanding business, accounting, technology, and engineering students from Black, Latinx, and Hispanic heritage for internships and full-time employment. This is a program for students three years from final graduation (first year students in a four-year program or second-year students in a five-year program).
Students will have an opportunity to build relationships and professional skills that will assist them in their educational and career development, while experiencing the unique and interesting perspectives of the RSM employees who shape our firm.
