As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will support the accounting department and be responsible for tracking and processing accounts payable invoices, maintaining vendor records, and processing employee reimbursements. An Accounts Payable Coordinator should be thorough and accurate with good bookkeeping skills.

  • Accounts Payable Invoice Servicing
  • Administrative Record Keeping & Data Entry
  • Company Expense Processing
  • Aide as a Departmental Liaison
  • Perform Account Reconciliation Tasks

Skills:

  • Accounts Payable Experience Preferred
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
  • Able To Maintain Complete Confidentiality

Systems Experience:

  • Sage Accounting Software Experience Preferred
  • Yooz App Automation Programming Preferred
  • Excel Programming Experience Preferred
  • HRIS Systems Experience Preferred

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
