2022 Spotlight Program Externship
- Externship – for candidates interested in a Summer 2023 internship and are eligible to work full-time (150-credits completed) starting December 2023.
- Baker Tilly's Spotlight is a two-day, immersive experience that will provide participants with the opportunity to gain valuable insight into the culture of a successful tax, assurance, and advisory firm. Through hands-on learning and team building activities, you will be able to network with current and future Baker Tilly professionals to learn how we work with and support our clients. Participants will partake in a series of professional development sessions and have the opportunity to implement their skills in exciting team building activities.

Fall 2022 Tax Associate
- Full-Time – For candidates who will have completed their 150-credit CPA requirements and are eligible to work full-time May 2022 – December 2022.
