Biography
Dr. Linda Bixby, an executive at NobleReach Foundation, leads the organization’s Academic Partnerships to empower the next generation of talent and innovation to tackle our nation’s most pressing security challenges. She prepares strategy, budgets, creates business plans, and solves internal and external issues as they arise.
Dr. Bixby’s extensive experience includes support to the U.S. government, academia, non-profit organizations, and industry for 35+ years in executive, management, technical, operational, and analytical positions.
She served in the U.S. government, receiving numerous commendations. Along with her government service, Dr. Bixby was an executive at a Fortune 500 company, a non-profit organization, and a small, woman-owned business. She is a former associate professor and scholar in residence at American University. Dr. Bixby’s publications and academic contributions include Domestic Danger, In Pursuit of Justice, Learning from History, and War-Time Slave and Forced Labor.
