Joseph Palaganas

Joseph (Joe) Palaganas is a Professor of Program Management at DAU's Capital Northeast Region at Fort Belvoir, VA.  He teaches program management and services acquisition courses. He also supports various acquisition workshops and consulting engagements for DoD program offices in the Region. 

Palaganas served in the Air Force as an active-duty officer with assignments in a variety of program management, engineering, test and evaluation, space systems acquisition, and logistics and maintenance positions. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering Management from St. Mary’s University, Texas.
