Biography
John Jansen is the Chief Executive Officer at ATI. He retired from the U.S. Marine Corps in 2021 as a Lieutenant General after 35 years of faithful service. A decorated Marine F/A-18 pilot with multiple combat tours both shore based and flying from U.S. Navy aircraft carriers, his experience includes assignments as the Deputy Commandant for Programs and Resources, Headquarters U.S. Marine Corps; Chairman of the Board of Directors, Marine Corps Community Services; Commandant of the Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy, National Defense University; and Commanding General, 3d Marine Expeditionary Brigade. He most recently served as the Managing Director of the Europe, Middle East, and Africa business unit for Luminator Technology Group, a Blackstone portfolio company.
Jansen is a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, Harvard Business School’s General Management Program, the NATO Defence College in Rome, Italy, and the Navy Fighter Weapons School (TopGun).
