Juhi Naithani

Juhi Naithani is assistant director of international business investment at the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority (FCEDA), located in Northern Virginia, USA. She provides soft business landing support and consulting services to companies looking to expand into Fairfax County – an innovation hub and economic engine of the Washington, D.C. metro area. Juhi’s areas of expertise are global business expansion and intercultural training. Prior to joining the FCEDA, she operated her own international business consulting practice. She began her career in the early 90’s in the Indian paper industry, providing marketing and sales support services to mills on behalf of Scandinavian principals. In the U.S., she has served as visiting faculty of marketing and international business at numerous universities over the last 18 years, fostering higher education at the undergraduate and graduate levels. A strong proponent of entrepreneurship, Juhi is a member of the Board of Directors of the TiE DC chapter. Juhi has an undergraduate degree from Delhi University, India and an MBA from Quinnipiac University, Connecticut, USA.
