Biography

Annandale Millwork has been a family-owned business since its inception in 1952 and is now in its third generation of family leadership. Today the company manufactures and supplies wall panels, roof and floor trusses and high end architectural millwork, as well as supplying windows and exterior doors, prehungs and trim to home builders and multi-family builders. Gene’s role within the company is creating new business relationships as well as maintaining exceptional relations with existing customers. He is the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association president for 2020, is a senior life director and serves on their executive board. Gene is also the treasurer/president-elect of the Structural Building Components Association. He is active in re-establishing a workforce development program for skilled trades in construction to be offered in high schools. Frogale served as board member of the George Mason University Foundation for seven years and also served as chairman of the Real Estate Committee.

Frogale received his B.A. in history and philosophy at Williams College in Massachusetts in 1975 and earned his EMBA at George Mason University in 2008.
