Biography
Brad Nicklin is a Partner in Baker Tilly’s D.C. office and has been with the firm since 1998. He serves as the team lead for Baker Tilly’s East Region real estate practice. He works closely with private equity investment real estate portfolio companies and privately held property owners all across the country. He has extensive audit experience with highly technical financial reporting matters and US GAAP compliance. He oversees a team of real estate professionals covering all aspects of the real estate ownership life cycle to ensure his clients have access to the experts they need along their journey of development, operations and ultimate disposition.
Brad received his Bachelor of Science in accounting from West Virginia University. He is involved with the George Mason Real Estate Center for Entrepreneurship, NAIOP, Commercial Real Estate Development Association and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
