Celebrate the Re-opening of the Buchanan papers!

The University Libraries cordially invite you to the opening of the Nobel Prize-winning economist's James M. Buchanan papers that has been closed since 2021 for an NEH-funded project to organize and describe material documenting his career and research from 1930 to 2014. Dr. Peter Boettke, Buchanan scholar and Mason professor, will be the featured speaker. The Project Archivist, Rebecca Thayer, will be joining us virtually.
