A grade of "C" or higher is required for all MGMT major courses.
Management major requirements* (6 credits):
- MGMT 312 Principles and Practices of Management
- MGMT 321 Introduction to Human Resource Management
Management major electives* (12 credits) - choose four courses:
- MGMT 412 Diversity in Organizations
- MGMT 413 Organizational Development & Management Consulting - cannot receive credit for both MGMT 411 (for some prior catalogs) and MGMT 413
- MGMT 421 Advanced Human Resource Management
- MGMT 431 Employee Relations
- MGMT 451 New Venture Creation
- MGMT 461 Cross Cultural and Global Manangement
- MGMT 462 Honors Seminar in Management - invitation by professor
- MGMT 463 Negotiations in Organizations
- MGMT 464 Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills - cannot receive credit for both MGMT 323 (for some prior catalogs) and MGMT 464
