You will be awarded Chief Information Officer (CIO) certification in partnership with the Federal CIO Council upon graduation. This federally recognized certification acknowledges that Mason graduates have achieved executive-level technical leadership expertise. Mason is one of only seven institutions certified to offer this qualification.

Hands-on experience is the hallmark of our global residency program—and a valuable opportunity for you to gain insights into other business cultures. We rotate the residencies every year among South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa—where students meet with prominent business leaders and serve as consultants, developing solutions to real time global business challenges.
