Conference on Fraud and the Financial Crisis

The conference includes a full-day session of speakers and panel sessions on Thursday, May 5th 2011. A half-day session on Friday, May 6, 2011 includes executive education sessions on the fundamentals of financial derivatives (specifically Collateralized Debt Obligations) and the pros and cons of mark-to-market accounting. Speakers and panelists include SEC and DOJ personnel as well as practitioners from the legal and accounting professions.

Continuing professional education and continuing legal education will be available for accounting and legal professionals for both days. Participants can attend only one day if they prefer.
