Customer Solutions Specialist
Position Description:
As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will interact with our customers daily in order to analyze their processes and provide guidance on their overall system utilization. You will provide on-site consulting support to approximately 50-70 automotive dealerships within your region.This support will help improve the dealerships’ operating efficiency, increase software utilization, and maximize dealer profits.

Acting as a business liaison, you will also work closely with internal teams across various departments; including our education, installation, sales, and field service teams. Since you will be working from a home office, we will provide you with a company car, Blackberry, laptop, and printer-scanner-copier equipment.

Training:
This position requires you to successfully complete an intensive 5-month training program located at our office in Houston, TX. We will provide corporate apartment housing during your training period, as well as periodic trips home. This is paid training. The training period will include both classroom instruction and online courses, including in-depth product training on our Dealership Retail Management System and overall dealership operations. You will also train in the field with a mentor where you can apply your classroom knowledge in a real-world setting.

Account Manager Trainee - Nationwide
Position Description:
Reynolds and Reynolds is looking for sales professionals who are ready for a challenging and rewarding career. The goal of the Systems Sales Trainee position is to prepare you for your own territory as an Account Manager.

Our Account Managers are responsible for the sale of Reynolds’ products and services to both new and existing customers. As a Trainee, you will assist an Account Manager, your mentor, in your assigned training territory with the various stages of the sales process to help achieve a designated sales quota. You will provide support with sales activities that drive revenue including lead generation, gathering competitive intelligence, product demonstrations, assisting with discovery of accounts and proposals to our customers. You will also increase your knowledge of applicable products through formal training, documentation and self study.

Training:

You will complete nine different courses at Reynolds University throughout your first year. Topics covered will include training on sales techniques, negotiations, dealership operations, and in-depth product training on our Dealership Retail Management System. Prior to and following each course, you will complete various assignments to prepare you for and ensure understanding of what was learned.

You will be given progress checkpoint tests throughout your training that will identify areas for improvement and to ensure you are on the right track. While training in the field, you will shadow field representatives including experienced sales representatives, consultants, and field technicians. This will allow you to learn the overall sales process and will give you the opportunity to observe dealership operations.

The culmination of your training will conclude with a ten-day Sales Techniques Workshop that ends with a final presentation requiring completion of a mock sales presentation utilizing a real world account. This will be your final opportunity to showcase all the skills that you have gained throughout the training program.

• Must be a self-starter with good time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Desire to be in a sales role long-term
• Must be willing to relocate upon completion of training period

This internship requires the ability to successfully collaborate with program managers, teammates and leadership across the organization.  You will report to Vice President for Business Development and will be part of a team of industry professionals and outside vendors focused on penetrating key government and commercial industry segments.

In this role, you will provide analysis of federal and commercial market for integrated physical security systems as well as all aspects of related research to support strategic and tactical analyses and decisions that impact L-3 GSS project and overall competitiveness.

Much of the research will be required on short notice requiring immediate daily workday turnarounds containing detailed information.  Other longer term analyses will also be required to be delivered in a comprehensive and clearly written format.  You will primarily work with the GSS Business Development and Capture Management team.

This is a paid internship and is available immediately!  20 hrs per week.

Basic Qualifications:

·         The ability to develop, provide and maintain required information, databases, and analytical models and tools.

·         Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field or the equivalent experience
