Johnson Lambert is looking for a full-time IT Associate

We are actively interviewing candidates for an IT Associate position!  This person will provide IT support for all employees across all offices.  This person will ideally be based in our Washington, DC office, or in Raleigh, NC or Burlington, VT.

Job requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide day to day support of cloud applications
  • Triage IT matters for users
  • Assist with development and implementation of firm-wide IT strategy
  • Provide desktop support for user population
  • Act as escalation point for third party vendors
  • Administer computer inventory and replacement process
  • Assist in deployment of new applications
  • Facilitate on-boarding and de-provisioning of users

Ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and 1-3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as job responsibilities require
  • Ability to calmly and effectively resolve user issues through a “user-first” mentality and approach
  • Extensive Windows, Mac, & IOS or Android experience
  • Experience with Python, Dart or Go a plus
  • Experience with Google Apps
  • Familiarity with computer networking, TCP/IP a plus
  • Ability to travel approximately 10%
