General, Get Involved

Calling all Patriots!

Do you have a yearning desire to serve your university and university community? Are you in need of volunteer hours for an organization or your program? If you answered yes to either of these, then we WANT you!

George Mason University’s annual Alumni Weekend is quickly approaching and the Office of Alumni Affairs is searching for dedicated and trustworthy volunteers to help us make this year’s event a success. Alumni Weekend will be held October 4-6th, 2013 and we are expecting large numbers of alumni returning to campus to celebrate their Patriot Pride as well as participate in events on campus geared towards Patriot Alumni, present and future, friends, family, and students.

The Alumni Affairs Office participates in many of those on-campus activities and provides Mason patriotism to many alumni who possibly haven’t stepped foot on campus since their graduation. In order for our office to successfully host numerous events over the course of the weekend, we need the support of young mason students such as yourselves. We promise the time you give to serving your university and alumni will be an extremely rewarding experience.
