You will learn about the Retail Leadership Development Program which combines learning opportunities through a customized curriculum focused on leadership, coaching, and development, exposing participants to the many aspects of AT&T’s company owned retail stores as well as other areas of the company and the industry. Classroom training is combined with real-life assignments including onsite and in-store rotations in multiple cities as well as the opportunity to learn from company leaders and retail experts. AT&T will even pay for your housing!
