Marketing Week 2012 Hosted by AMA!

Marketing Week 2012 – Oct. 20th through 27th!

Saturday October 20th – AMA brings you this event to volunteer for the care packaging efforts with Troop Treats at George Mason University from 10 a.m. – noon! Participants will be putting together more than 3,000 Christmas Stockings along with a personal hand-written ‘thank you’ note cards going to deployed service men and women. Monday October 22nd – AMA brings special speaker, Germaine L. Broussard, to Geroge Mason University. With extensive knowledge in both the private and public sector, she looks forward to sharing her experiences and what she has learned from them with you. The event will take place in the JC Room D from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. To sign up, please email amageorgemason@gmail.com.

Wednesday October 24th – AMA is hosting their Fall Fund Raising event at the Rathskeller in SUB I from 5 – 8 p.m. Come out and enjoy great food with your friends. By presenting the sheet given to you at the entrance, from 5 – 8pm 10% of the proceeds will to towards Troop Treats – a non-profit supporting deployed military service personnel.

Thursday October 25th - Come out and engage with executives representing United Way, Immix Group and Morgan Stanley. AMA@GMU brings you a superb forum of leading professionals to provide advice and ideas to all students and faculty attending. Published author and Emmy Award recipient Mark Olshaker will moderate the panel! The event will place in Lecture Hall 3 from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. To register please email amageorgemason@gmail.com

Saturday October 27th – AMA@GMU is partnering up with Troop Treats. Come out and volunteer for the care packaging efforts at James Lee Community Center from 10 a.m. – noon! Participants will be putting together more than 3,500 Care Packages along with a personal hand-written ‘thank you’ note card going to deployed service men and women.
