Centreville Animal Hospital – Personnel Manager

The successful candidate for the Personnel Manager position at Centreville Animal Hospital will be responsible for the business activities of the hospital including but not limited to: personnel hiring and coordinating training of hospital staff with team leaders; providing performance feedback for staff; and working with the CEO to prepare budgets and monitor key performance indicators.  This is a leadership position with the additional responsibility of creating and maintaining a positive work environment in which the hospital achieves both its customer satisfaction and financial goals.


  • All personnel related aspects of Practice Leadership
  • All aspects of Human Resources Management
  • Supportive aspects of finance, accounting and marketing duties
  • Promoting a Customer-centric environment


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management or the equivalent
  • An active membership in SHRM is preferred
  • 2 years of relevant, overall experience is required
  • A working knowledge of the veterinary field is preferred, but not required


  • This Full-Time position will average 40 hours of work per week
  • Benefit Package includes health, dental, retirement and disability
  • Incentive bonus paid monthly
