Junior Analyst Position with DoD Experience

Position Description: Junior Analyst

Primary Duties, Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for assisting in the management of the Director, Operational Test and Evaluation (DOT&E), International Test and Evaluation (IT&E) program, and in the administration of T&E agreements with US allied nations for the cooperative use of T&E resources. Also responsible for supporting the efforts of senior staff to develop common T&E metrics and standards to foster coalition operations and systems development. Successful candidates must have demonstrable, successful experience interacting with DoD senior or executive management. Must also be familiar with the administration and management of DoD acquisition and/or Test and Evaluation DoD programs.

Minimum Skills:

Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years related experience. Familiarity with DoD programs, and ability to interact verbally and in writing with senior DoD staff and executive management, and foreign ally dignitaries and associated support staff.

Desired Skills:

Familiarity with DOT&E IT&E program.
