Intern Description for Marketing:
Infinity Technology is looking for an intern to assist with:
- Identify, write and manage internal and external marketing communications efforts which include newsletters, articles, press releases, announcements, email campaigns
- Plan and oversee execution of promotional activities including print, electronic media (web included), trade show and direct mail
- Manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution
- Provides the team with support in the way of presentations and handouts as needed
- Provide post-event reports and analysis,
- Conduct customer and market research in conjunction with management
- Responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date collateral library
- Assist with proposal writing and proposal production
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong writing, grammar and content/copywriting skills
- Must be able to communicate well with others using listening skills to identify concepts and determine relevance
- Be able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers, vendors and service partners
- Must be well-organized and have the ability to meet deadline pressures while handling multiple projects at the same time
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills a must
- MS Office skills
