Marketing Internship Opportunity with Infinity Technology

Intern Description for Marketing:

Infinity Technology is looking for an intern to assist with:

  • Identify, write and manage internal and external marketing communications efforts which include newsletters, articles, press releases, announcements, email campaigns
  • Plan and oversee execution of promotional activities including print, electronic media (web included), trade show and direct mail
  • Manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution
  • Provides the team with support in the way of presentations and handouts as needed
  • Provide post-event reports and analysis,
  • Conduct customer and market research in conjunction with management
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date collateral library
  • Assist with proposal writing and proposal production

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong writing, grammar and content/copywriting skills
  • Must be able to communicate well with others using listening skills to identify concepts and determine relevance
  • Be able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers, vendors and service partners
  • Must be well-organized and have the ability to meet deadline pressures while handling multiple projects at the same time
  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills a must
  • MS Office skills
