The Claims Service Representative Intern plays a critical role in the Progressive Service Center where customers’ benefit from one-stop claims service. In this role, you will provide accurate, efficient, personalized and proactive customer interaction throughout the repair process. You will set accurate and clear expectations with the customer regarding repair duration, repair outcomes, and deductible or other out of pocket cost estimating. As the liaison with repair shops, you will obtain shop updates and re-establish appropriate expectations for shop duration.
