Ballotbook – Student Interns
Ballotbook is a young company providing tools for individuals, organizations, candidates and elected officials to more effectively engage in democracy. There are some exciting internship opportunities available to students who are interested in making the government more responsive, improving civic participation, and learning about federal, state, and local governments.
Interns can expect to take an active role in the day to day operations of the company, including:
- Product Development
- Sales and Marketing
- Client meetings
- Research
- Data Entry
While students will work with staff in the Tyson’s Corner office, ideal candidates will be self motivated, able to work without constant supervision, and be comfortable with working remotely. Additionally, an ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and a good sense of humor. This internship is unpaid but academic credit may be available.
Interested parties should email any questions or a resume to: careers@ballotbook.com
Applications are being accepted on a rolling basis so early submission is suggested.
