ACG Scholarship Opportunity for SOM Students!

The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) National Capital Chapter intends to recognize 3 outstanding undergraduate students from area universities with a scholarship, a one year honorary membership in the ACG National Capital Chapter, a monthly copy of ACG Mergers & Acquisition Magazine, and contact with an assigned Mentor from the Chapter.  In the past, individual scholarships have ranged between $5,000 and $10,000!

You must be a sophomore or junior (at least 45 credits left and graduating in or after May 2013) seeking a Bachelor of Science in the School of Management.

Evaluation for the award will be conducted by the ACG National Chapter’s University Outreach and Scholarships Committee based on the following key areas: GPA/Academic Excellence; Demonstrated Leadership/Faculty Recommendations; Community Service; Professional Contributions; and an Essay on Personal Business Goals.

Please submit your application and materials to the ACG by December 13, 2011 in order to be eligible for the scholarship. The final selections will be made after a personal interview with members of the ACG.
