Quadramed -  Talent Acquisition Intern
Reston, VA

The Talent Acquisition Intern will have the unique opportunity to manage multiple projects throughout the Fall 2011 semester to include:

  • Assist with developing and implementing our “Careers at QuadraMed” university outreach program, targeting programs in Healthcare Informatics, Nursing, Pharmacy, IT, Computer Science, and others with the goal of increasing the number of candidates applying to our requisitions and promoting QuadraMed to those target audiences.
  • Assist with developing our Talent Acquisition workflow and creating content for online webinar training programs for Hiring Managers.
  • Assist with research and development of a redesigned external “Careers at QuadraMed” website portal.
  • Assist with performing and presenting research related to the establishment of a College/University Recruiting program at QuadraMed, performing a position analysis, and determining the need for a dedicated College/University Recruiter and how it may fit structurally within the organization.

The work hours are flexible, depending upon course schedules, but all hours must be completed between 9:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday.  QuadraMed headquarters is located in Reston, VA, which will be the worksite for this position.  All candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to work at least 15 hours per week.
