MS in Real Estate Development alum, Karen Cohen, helps northern VA town envision its future

As the Town of Vienna renews its decade-long effort to create a vision for redevelopment along its  primary commercial corridor, Maple Avenue, Town resident and recent graduate of George Mason University’s Master of Real Estate Development program, Karen Cohen, hopes her graduate work – a financial feasibility analysis and design concept for a mixed-use project on the site of the Marco Polo restaurant – will help the Town’s effort.
