In two days, the foundations of leadership development are presented. Using core dimensions assessed in most 360 degree assessments for identifying strengths and gaps, this seminar teaches you how to go beyond the assessments and discover the critical skills, understanding and leader behaviors that underlie those assessments and drive performance. By investing two days in developing leadership potential, you will reach new levels of leadership and will have tools to renew and sustain leadership development initiatives for a lifetime.

oUnderstand what it is to be a leader, the effective actions of leading and the factors affecting the leader-follower dynamic and use this to increase your capacity to lead
•The Relevant Domains of Awareness: Understanding That Makes a Difference
oHow the awareness of styles, needs, responses, and culture impact your capacity to lead and how awareness of relevant domains can shift our ability to become more intentional through design and resolution of breakdowns
•Language and Emotions: The Core Skills of Leading
oWhat we say and much of what we feel are revealed to all those we interact with. Developing a few readily applied tools will dramatically increase the power of your conversations and your ability to sustain moods and emotions for effective action
•The Dynamic Performance of Teams
oTeams, regardless of size, are inherently dynamic with changing emotions, needs, interests and concerns. Learn how to identify the core dimensions of teams and take steps that will help ensure that your team is engaged, confident and ambitious.
•Valuable Exercises
oPut theory into action with personal assessments and specific activities relevant to your role as a leader. Benefit from three personal one-on-one coaching sessions–one during the program and two within three months of program completion.
