2009 Tuition: $1,390*
Time: 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
*Tuition includes all course materials, continental breakfast, and lunch.
Program Overview
Organizations of all sizes and types find the need for change as the environment in which they work adjusts to new realities. Many organizations struggle to derive gains from change efforts. Some fail completely at the change task.
Change can be studied, and its results can lead to building skills of change in the organization’s leaders, leading to better organization results. This course begins with the changes you face in your organization. The course creates simple frameworks to guide change decisions that attendees must make and has you practice the application of change tools in a no risk environment. You leave with applicable change skills that you’ve already used.
Who Should Attend
Leaders with at least two years of experience leading subordinates are the target audience for this program. The program is built from the point of view of a leader who has leaders as subordinates, making this program also relevant for more senior leaders who want their change efforts to go well.
