Program Overview
Participants will learn to appreciate basic types of strategies used in organizations and the process by which these strategies are executed. We will link strategy implementation to business models of firms. Through hands-on exercises and case studies, participants will develop skills to effectively and efficiently execute planned strategies.
In addition, participants will also learn about the dynamic nature of strategy. Finally, participants will learn to appreciate the role played by competition with regard to your firm’s ability or inability to execute a planned strategy.
Who Should Attend
Entry-level managers, mid-level managers, and executives who must effectively manage organizational resources in order to implement the stated strategies of a firm in light of the long term vision and mission of the firm. The course is designed to help participants understand various steps that are involved in developing an implementation style that is suitable to organizational needs as well as a fit with the environment. This course is also a good fit for someone aiming for a general manager’s position in the future.
