Our open enrollment programs address the needs of executives and business professionals from a wide range of industries, helping you meet the challenges in today’s changing marketplace. Programs are usually offered in one to three day formats in a variety of disciplines and scheduled throughout the year. Our courses are generally held at our Executive Programs Facility in Herndon, VA or our Arlington campus conveniently located two blocks from the Virginia Square-GMU Metro stop.

This course focuses on the techniques and tools of strategic thinking, analysis, and execution to give your organization an edge in the marketplace. You will gain a better understanding of key concepts underlying strategic action and analysis of industries, firms, products, and processes.

Winning Negotiations
Participants will learn constructive approaches to negotiation, including how to assess pertinent issues, problem-solve, and prepare for negotiations in minimum time. Immersed in hands-on case studies, participants will hone the art of bargaining for advantage with insurers, partners, employees, suppliers, and others.

Mastering the Art of Leading
This course presents the foundations of leadership development using core dimensions assessed in several assessment tools. Participants will discover the critical skills, understanding, leader behaviors that underlie these assessments and drive performance.
The Art of Leading – The Science of Leadership
This six month program will tech you what it takes to generate commitment, loyalty, and performance from your team in today''s uncertain business climate. The program uses self assessment tools, faculty presentations, case discussions, coaching, and selected readings to build your capacity for leading through challenging times.
