Robert Johnston is an associate professor of finance. He serves as a consultant to the World Bank and was a Fulbright Scholar in Tashkent, Uzbekistan in the Spring of 1999.
Johnston received his BS and MS and a PhD from the University of Alabama and has been a professor and administrator at Mason for more than 30 years. He has received the University's Distinguished Faculty Award and twice received the MBA Association Faculty of the Year Award.
Johnston has co-authored many articles that have appeared in Journal of Business and Economic Studies, Journal of Midwest Finance Association, American Business Review, Technical Topics, and Mortgage Banking. He has a broad range of consulting experience including an expert witness in trust fund litigation, financial valuation, cost of capital analysis, and leasing. |
